I am helping the Women’s Crisis Support/Defensa de Mujeres in Santa Cruz and Watsonville with some events throughout the month of April. We are in need of some volunteers for an event and I was wondering if you might be willing to pass the information around in your classes.
On April 12th we will be putting together an Art Exhibit at UCSC Womens Center that will feature a photographer’s depiction of assault and photos of survivors as well as their recorded stories.
We are in need of volunteers to set up the exhibit on April 8th and tear down the exhibit on April 28th, as well as volunteers to staff the exhibit on various dates in between.
If you could pass this information to your students we would greatly appreciate it.
